The Home Place is an inclusive residential condominium community coming to Grimes, Iowa. We aspire to build a culture where residents form strong bonds and provide natural support while persons with disabilities gain independence, confidence and make lifelong friends. Everyone is welcome! Our community is intentionally inclusive – meaning it’s designed for persons with disabilities, active seniors, working families, and individuals of all ages.
Are the condominiums for rent or for sale?
All units at The Home Place are for sale.
How much do the condominiums cost?
Condos start at $185,000 with a range of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom floor plans available. Prices may vary based on size, layout, and selected upgrades.
Can I customize my condo?
Yes! Buyers who sign a purchase agreement have the opportunity to make semi-custom selections – such as cabinet color, countertop color, LVP flooring throughout, window treatments, and upgraded appliances.
Where is The Home Place located?
The Home Place will be built in NW Grimes, Iowa off of County Line Road in partnership with J Larson Homes.
