The Grimes Leadership Academy invited a representative from The Home Place to participate in a panel discussion of nonprofits in Grimes, Iowa. The purpose was to inform the members of the Leadership Academy of nonprofits in the area and share information about their mission and goals. Doug Rothfus spoke on behalf of The Home Place.

Thank you to The Grimes Leadership Academy and The Grimes Chamber for inviting The Home Place to participate and allowing us to help build awareness and understanding about our mission of building a housing option in Grimes for individuals with disabilities, independent seniors and adults of any age that would like to be a part of this welcoming, inclusive community.
